An easy dinner favorite – pork chops with a golden caramelized crust that locks in the flavor.
Ingredients
- 4 bone-in Pork chops
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine all seasonings.
- Pat pork chops dry with paper towel and rub seasoning evenly on both sides of each chop.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until they have a nice golden caralelized crust.
- Once done, remove the pork chops from heat and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
