This is exactly what I picture when I think of slowing down – a quiet morning, good coffee, my cat nearby, and a moment to just be.

Obviously not every day can look like this, but when it does, I’m reminded how important it is to slow down. The world can feel heavy and loud, and it’s easy to get caught up in it all. I’m learning to pause, notice the little things, and keep my heart turned toward God instead of the rush of the world.
