Finding Stillness in a Busy Week

Life moves fast, and it’s so easy to feel like you’re constantly racing from one thing to the next. But stillness is where the restoration happens – where your body recharges and your mind breathes.


  • Some form of exercise – Whether it’s a gentle evening yoga class or a simple stroll outside, exercise always grounds me.
  • Spending time in prayer – Quiet moments to reconnect spiritually give me peace and clarity.
  • A book break – Escaping reality in a story, even for just 15 minutes, calms my mind.
  • Cozy routines – A warm drink (tea or coffee) and a soft blanket always slow me down.

For me, stillness isn’t about doing nothing – it’s about creating small, intentional pauses in the middle of everything.
